Top Ten Books I've Read So Far In 2015

Top 10 Tuesday is a weekly bookish feature hosted by

Today's Topic:  Top Ten Books I've Read So Far in 2015

Hi Everyone! Thanks for visiting today!
I have read 26 books so far this year. I really do not feel like I have a strong top ten list. So, I decided to go with my top five. This made it really easy and it also let's these amazing books shine!
Let's get started!

This book has my favorite contemporary couples of all time. Lola is so unique and talented. I just loved everything about her. I wish I had more of Lola's style and personality. And Cricket! He was perfect! I loved his dedication to his family and how much he adored Lola. This is my idea of a perfect love story!

If you love high fantasy this series is phenomenal! It is insane! There are so many twists and turns. Brandon Sanderson's writing just blew me away. I feel so privileged to have read this series. It is worth every page!

This book was incredible! It was heartbreaking and beautiful. This book has impacted me so much and I am forever changed after reading this book. Click here for my full review on this book.

I cannot explain how much I love this book. I thought this book was one of the most epic stories I have ever read! There was so much growth for the characters, the world and the story. The story just EXPLODED. If you have only read the first book in this series and you were not motivated to continue, please try the second book.  The first book is just the foundation for this incredible series. The story goes so much more deeper. If I could only read one series for the rest of my life, this would be it! Sorry, Harry. You know I still love you!

This is truly a powerful and unforgettable story! I adore this book so much! I did not love it right away. I was worried that I was not going to like it, but I fell in love with the characters and became so invested in the story. Read it. The writing takes some time to get use to. Do not give up. Somewhere along the way the author will grab hold of your heart and never let it go. Click here for my review on it.

If you have read these books, I would love to hear your thoughts about them! Are they on your list? What are some of your favorite books of 2015?

Happy Reading!! :)

    1. No- I have not checked out any other series. I definitely want to read more! His writing style is perfection! I still need to read The Alloy of Law in the Mistborn Series. I also want to read Warbreaker. The magic system seems so intriguing. Have you read any others? If so, which ones did you enjoy most?

  6. I've read 4 of these and afjdlskafsd I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. OMGGGG YOU HAVE WONDERFUL TASTE IN BOOKS. All the Bright Places broke my heart, like, literally. I was not prepared for it to end that way. *collapses under emotions* And I've read The Final Empire, but not the rest of the series, but I AGREE. Brandon Sandesron is rather a master. :O I'm pretty in awe of his plots, although I did find bk 1 pretty hard to get through. But I'm a fast reader and those books need to be taken slower. ehhehe.
HEIR OF FREAKING FIRE. GAHHHHH. I need the next one before I explode.
Thanks for stopping by @ Paper Fury!

    1. Thank you- you much have wonderful taste in books too! :) You should really continue in the Mistborn series. It gets so epically amazing! They are definitely worth the extra time reading. I am so glad I read them. I feel like I am part of a special club for reading them. They really influence how you look at a fantasy book. Heir of Fire is everything. I love that series so freaking much! I am ruined for all other fantasy series!

  7. I loved Heir of Fire (on my list too) and Lola! Both were great books. However, I didn't like Isla. I really want to read All the Bright Places and I'l Give You the Sun.

    1. I completely agree with you! Isla was definitely my least favorite out of the companion series. She was very hard to relate with throughout the story and I did not like her and Josh's relationship. You should really check those two books out! They are outstanding!

  8. You read two books more than me! It makes me happy to see another blogger didn't read 50 books in the last six months because that's so unattainable for me haha. I want to read the Mistborn series so badly!! I've heard such good things. I'm trying to wait as long as I can just because the series isn't finished yet - but I know it's inevitable that I will pick up before it's finished. I don't have that kind of self control ;) I've only read Throne of Glass, but I enjoyed that one and look forward to the rest of the series. I heard Heir of Fire was the best one yet!

    1. You can definitely read the first three books. It is two separate plots and story lines. The fourth book takes place 20 years after Hero of Ages. I am sure the story will intertwine but you can definitely get started!
